The Mandate to Save America is an ad hoc effort coordinated by Dr. RickScarborough, president of Vision America Action.

Leaders involved include Gary Bauer (American Values),  Tom DeLay (former Majority Leader, U.S. House of Representatives), Janet Folger-Porter (Faith2Sction), Bishop E.W. Jackson, Sr. (STAND America), Tony Perkins (Family Research Council), Phyllis Schlafly  (Eagle Forum), Mat Staver (Liberty Counsel), Tim Wildmon (American Family Association) and Wendy Wright (Concerned Women for America).

Our goal is to set forth a simple set of doctrines which – if faithfully adhered to – can save our beloved country.

The multiple crises which confront us – runaway spending and deficits, rising unemployment, family dissolution, international instability and terrorism – are symptoms of an underlying malaise.

As we drift further and further from America’s founding principles, and the Judeo-Christian heritage on which our civilization is based, we become like a rudderless ship tossed on a stormy sea.

The Mandate is a blueprint for national renewal.
